I have to say that I really like this belt. While considering the purchase, I thought that it might be too wide for some of my slacks, but it wasn't. The leather is softer than I've seen in belts I've owned in the past, but the craftsmanship is good, and I think it will last longer than those belts. I am very happy with my purchase.
I've had and worn my old leather jeans belt for almost 25 years now, and it is twisted and sweat-soaked. I decided to get a replacement, and did quite a bit of searching for just the right model. I actually bought two other belts that weren't exactly what I was looking for (they were actually too nice to wear out in the rough) before I found the Fossil belt.
It is exactly what I was looking for. Wide, soft, and comfortable, this is the perfect replacement for my old reliable belt. I like the roller on the buckle, and the leather (rather than metal) hold-down loop. I am pleased with my selection and would gladly recommend it to other buyers.
