I fell in love with this tea a few years ago, but was not able to find it in the stores anymore. I found it here, but was just notified it has been discontinued by Celestial Seasonings. It was a GREAT tea. I am really sad. :O(

This is a very unusual dessert tea. It's bitter but in a way that professional bakers would enjoy. (I'm not much of a baker, so I add sweetener.) It smells like biscotti but with the addition of brown sugar, tastes more like almond cookies. I've tried it with honey and white sugar, as well. Brown sugar is the one that makes this cup of tea for me, and then there is no need for the extra calories or carbs from actual cookies.
