These cards were great. I bought them for my dad, who is almost legally blind. He can see these cards and still enjoys games with his friends. The only thing that he misses are the faces on the high cards. Other than that, he's happy.

My Mom suffers from wet macular degeneration and recently moved into a senior living facility. When she was asked to join the others in playing cards she asked if she could bring her own cards due to her VERY POOR eyesight. She instantly became the hit of the card group with these extra large extra bold playing cards. Great for the visually impaired, but there is a downside....if you are playing with 13 cards (bridge), you have to fan the cards out more than a normal deck, and depending on the dexterity of an elderly person, could be a problem. The cards are high quality.
